How is life treating you at the moment? Take a look around you and see what it is, that you are attracting into your life.
Is it good times, laughter, wonderful people and happiness or are you attracting hard times? Whatever state your life is in at the moment, you can be sure it's because of the vibrations that you are sending out into the Universe. If you are showing gratitude for all the little things that please you in life, then you will begin to notice that life seems to get better. As it gets better, give even more gratitude and you'll be well on your way to a happier life.
If you want a loving partner, be a loving partner. If you want helpful friends, be a helpful friend yourself. If you would like people say kind and thoughtful words, speak kind and thoughtful words to those around you. Start with the little things and the bigger things will fall into place. The past is the past, there is nothing you can do to change it, so don't waste time worrying about it. Live in the now and embrace it with love. Live in love, give love and spread love. It is one of the most important things you can do, to heal your life which will enable you to live in abundance with joy and happiness.
Sometimes when I want to manifest something into my life, I make a vision board. They are very easy to make and once you've made one, you just place it in a part of your home or office where you will see it everyday. Spending a little time looking at it each day helps manifest whatever it is you want into your life.

I recently found an old one I made many years ago. It was amazing looking at it and realising I had managed to manifest most of what was on there into my life.

Did you know that the Universe is best problem solver there is? I got thinking today about how much time we waste thinking and worrying about our problems. All that time wasted when we could be having fun and getting on with all the other things we should be doing.
I've written an article about it called "Let the Universe solve your problems"
I hope you find time to give it a read and remember- Half of the stuff we worry about never happens and according to the Law of Attraction we manifest our own futures with our thoughts, so dwelling on problems is not the way to go.
Sometimes when things are not going so well in life, we tend to dwell on them and sit around feeling sorry for ourselves. We want to get whatever it is off our chest, so when people ask us how we are, we often give them our "poor me" story. Then in telling the story we stir up the feelings of the sadness or frustration associated with the story. We may think we are getting things off our chest and it may feel good to have someone sympathise with us. But all we are doing really is attracting more of what we are sending out. If your "poor me" story is about all the things that are going wrong at present whether it is illness, relationships, work or friendships. You'll end up attracting more of what you don't want, more negativity and more doom and gloom into that situation.
Instead when things are not going so well, try and think of the positive things in that situation and dwell on those instead. If for instance your partners actions about a particular situation are unreasonable and you feel hurt. Look, instead at times when they have been a tower of strenght in your life. If you can't think of anything amazing, just think about the little things they do that you appreciate, like how they bring you a cup of tea in the morning when you are too tired to get out of bed yourself or how they cook you your favourite meal or run you a bath. Dwelling on those little things and giving gratitude for them will attract more happy and positive times back into the relationship instead of more bad times. Thinking in this way instead of telling your "poor me" story will work so much better in the long run.
When I listen to people telling me their "poor me" story nowadays. I can't help seeing that they are making the situation worse by dwelling on it and giving it power by worrying about it. I've noticed the more they go on and tell their "poor me" story to everbody else, the more their situation gets worse. I sometimes try to help them understand what they are doing. I point out the positive parts of their situation and try to change the vibrations that they are sending out. But unfortunately not everyone wants to listen. Some like playing the "victim" and don't even realise they are doing it. Others wallow in it and love the attention it brings. In those situations all we can do really is send them our thoughts of love and "see" them in a better situation. In time they will learn and realise that seeing the good and the positive in situations is more beneficial as it will bring more happiness. But while you are waiting, just send them thoughts of love and peace.
So next time you are tempted to tell a "poor me" story. Think instead of the good things that you have in your life and smile knowing that if you dwell on those instead, it will bring you more happiness.
Change can be a scary concept for a lot of people but it need not be. After all if you keep on doing what you are doing at present, you can expect to get the same results over and over again. So if those results are not ones that you are happy with, then the only thing to do is make some changes to what you currently do.
They don’t have to be big life changing steps that you take all at once, you can take things slowly and at your own pace. Sometimes people don’t want to improve their life because they are afraid of change. They may not exactly be happy with what they have but they feel comfortable and like predictability, because they don’t have to think too much or get out of their comfort zone. But it is good to get out of your comfort zone now and again and try something new.
We only get one life to live, so I urge you to give stepping out of that comfort zone a little try. Don’t be afraid to take up new opportunities as and when they arise. You can banish fear and step boldly into your new future.
Get yourself used to change, as everything is about to change for you once you put into practice what you can get with the law of attraction on your side. Do simple things to introduce change into your life, simple things like walk on the other side of the road instead of the one you usually walk on going to work, college or school. Who knows you might discover something new or bump into someone you never noticed before that could affect your life in a positive way. You may see a sign or get an idea from something you see which may open up new opportunities for you.
I myself stepped out of my comfort zone in a big way yesterday. I've got a bit of an issue (OK a huge issue) with heights but I decided to take a cable car ride suspended up Lisbon zoo. It was in an open pod and the ride was over water and over the Lions enclosure which made it even more uncomfortable for me. It definately was very uncomfortable for me at first but once I let go of the fear it was a truly liberating feeling and it made me feel amazing and that I could conquer anything.
I don't recommend anything too huge to start with. I sycked myself up for my challenge for some time before I auctualy did it. Start small and work your way up. Once you banish fear life will be so much simpler.

Some of you may be looking for an abundance of money while others are looking for their soulmate or a life filled with happiness and laughter. One very important step in the Law of Attraction is learning to show gratitude.
So many people forget to show gratitude for what they already have in their life and instead they just sit there anxiously waiting for all they things they desire to show up and manifest. However it is difficult to attract nice things into your life if you are not showing gratitude for the nice things you already have. Gratitude sends out such wonderful and positive vibrations and inturn this attracts more wonderful things into your life.
There is so much in this world to be greatful for. Just think, when you woke up this morning you had a roof over your head, access to clean drinking water, warm clothes to wear, shoes to put on your feet. There was enough food to keep hunger at bay and you most likely woke up in a warm cosy bed. At the flick of a switch, you've also most likely got access to the internet, which in turn gives you access to information on every subject you would ever need to research. Most of those things we take for granted.
So please, don't take it all for granted, show gratitute, smile and be happy for all the wonderful things you already have in your life. You'll be amazed at how this will increase the positive vibrations you send out which in turn will attract many more wonderful things into your life.
Last night not only did we have a full moon, we had a blue moon. This doesn't happen very often. Looking at it with the naked eye it appeared no different to any other full moon I've seen. But to me all full moons are beautiful. I managed to take some photos with a zoom lens and looking back at my images I was delighted to see the blue moon that I set out to capture.
What causes a blue moon to occur? There are in fact two definitions for a blue moon. According to the more recent definition, a blue moon is the second full moon in a calendar month.The older definition, which is recorded in early issues of the Maine Farmer's Almanac, states that the blue moon is the third full moon in a season that has four full moons. If you missed the one last night what a shame as the next one won't occur until 2015.
Well I'm hoping that you are all managing to work on banishing negative and self limiting thoughts and that if they pop into your head they'll only occur once in a blue moon. After all why restrict yourself from achieving your full potential. Life can be wonderful. The more you rejoice in gratitude and love yourself and the life you already have, the sooner you'll get more of the same.

If everyone knew how easy it was to achieve their dream life, they would have slowed down and taken the steps they need to achieve it a long time ago. I know I certainly would have.
I never dreamed I could manifest my own happiness but it’s much easier than I thought it would be. It takes time and determination but whatever you want out of life, whether it be the perfect relationship, an endless flow of money, a home in the country, success in business, a loving family, to live in another country even, it’s all there for the taking. You just have to be ready for it and ready to take the simple steps that need to be taken. You also need to be ready to see the opportunities awaiting you. Sometimes we are so busy we don’t see opportunities that are sitting right under our nose.
In life, everything happens for a reason and I really do think that every cloud has a silver lining. It’s all there for the taking, everything we need, want and desire. We just have to go about it in the right way and change our way of thinking as well as changing some of the things that we do, because if we keep on doing things as we have always done them we can expect to get the same results.

As I have started this new blog at Smileforevermore I thought I had better get started. I'm using some software that I have not used before but I'm going to give it a try as it allows readers to log in with the same username and password for the website to post comments. I'll test it out for a bit and see what happens. Well the latest news is I have nearly finished my book, I'm on the last chapter at the moment and I have already found a publisher who is willing to publish it. I'll possibly go ahead with that next week but I need to do a little research on them first to make sure I am getting a good deal. It will still be some time before it is in bookshops to nevertheless it's closer to doing so today than it was yesterday.
As I write the Olympics is still in full swing and you can't turn on the telly or pick up a news paper without hearing about it. I've been listening to some of the Athletes being interviewed and it's very clear to see that many of them are using the Law of Attraction to succeed at their sport. The amount of time I have heard positive statements from the athletes is fantastic. They say things like "I know I can win this" and "I am out to take the gold for my performance today". It's wonderful then to watch them perform and know that their belief in the Law of Attraction is what helped a lot of them win. Two of my favourites were Usain Bolt and Katie Taylor.

How athletes utalise the Law of Attraction
It is understandable that athletes have to train hard to enable themselves to be a top sports man or woman in their field.They watch their diet and wake early most mornings to excercise and carry out their strict training routines. It is vital that their bodies iare in perfect working order and ready to cope with all the hard work and training that they need to put in, in order to succeed in their chosen field.
But did you know that atletes also train their minds. Some of them utalise the Law of Attraction in order to be able to perform at their best ability. It is all done with the help of visualisation. Most olympic athletes who utalise the Law of Attraction have already won their gold medal at the Olympics long before the event has teken place. As well as phycical training they use mental training. A sprinter for example would first ground himself, relax his body and then get comfortable before picturing his race on a big movie screen in his mind.
One who has achieved success make it so real that they feel like they are at the event, they feel what it is like to be at the start line, they hear the starter pistol and they run the race in their mind. They run that race over and over again until they achieve perfection and know they can do it and win their race. They see themselves clearly as they come to the finish line leaving their competitors behind. They see themselves win and they feel what it's like to win. They condition themselves to "know" that they will win. Olpmpic atheles would even see themselves collecting their gold medal and feel what it is like to have it placed around their neck.
There are many athletes that use their minds in this way and we should take their example and do the same for events in our own lives. It can be used for public speaking, interviews, meetings and just about everything in life. Go on give it a go and have it work for you.
